be trained into what?

we got so many training programs here, and company paid us to go to classes.

however, due to the influence of economic depression, we get less busy than others. Thus we had less practice what we learned and less on-job training.

accepting knowleges that i didn't expect to learn, just like what happened in high school or before. God knows whom you will become after all these??

how can i changed my role from passitive toward active role? being active and have ownership toward what i am learning will make things more easier and acceptable.
